All packages are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post's tracking service to the address that you have provided at checkout. Australia Post and we may provide estimated delivery times however these are NOT guaranteed, only predicted. A tracking will always be provided. 

Orders are generally shipped out between 1-3 business days (see delivery estimations below). All packaging efforts are made to ensure your package arrives in good order. We use sustainable compostable mailers for our packaging.

Once the item is posted, it is out of our hands and we are not liable for any missing, stolen or damaged parcels. We are able to help with contacting Aus Post with any enquiries but the outcome is out of our control.
